Co-Founder of Socialbytes and has worked extensively on technology solutions for more than a decade. He has worked in various positions in the industry and gained rich domain expertise. He has managed delivery and operations for over 10 years. Girish’s expertise in execution of large-scale complex initiatives and passion for executing technology solutions will help drive forward the organisation’s focus on sustainable technology solutions for the sector.

Co-Founder
Co-Founder of Socialbytes, carries with her more than two decades of experience in the social and corporate sector especially in the fields of grants, finance, auditing and operations. Padma brings to Socialbytes, her vast experience in financial planning and management, budgeting and meeting the compliances and the routine operational aspects with a clear strategic outlook and vision.
Gurukiran
Co-Founder
Social activist, Development professional and Co-Founder of Socialbytes, Gurukiran has worked in the sector for more than two decades to fight for the rights of marginalised communities including gender/sexual minorities. He started his career with a large rural development agency in Karnataka and later worked with leading NGOs implementing programs in partnership with UNICEF, UNDP, GFATM, Plan International, Hivos, BMGF, USAID and NACO. Gurukiran believes in the power of technology as a tool to bring larger social changes.
