Girish is the Co-Founder of Socialbytes and leads delivery and operations across the organization. With over a decade of experience building technology solutions for the social sector, he brings deep expertise in managing complex, large-scale initiatives from concept to implementation.
His strength lies in translating program needs into practical, scalable systems. Driven by a passion for execution and sustainable technology, Girish plays a key role in ensuring that every solution we build is reliable, impactful, and grounded in real-world program needs.

Co-Founder
Padma is the Co-Founder of Socialbytes and leads the organization’s finance and compliance functions. With over two decades of experience across the social and corporate sectors, she brings deep expertise in grants management, financial planning, auditing, and operations.
Her strategic approach to budgeting, compliance, and financial governance ensures that Socialbytes remains operationally strong while supporting the long-term sustainability of the solutions we build for the sector.
Gurukiran
Co-Founder
Gurukiran is a social activist and development professional with over two decades of experience working to advance the rights of marginalized communities, including gender and sexual minorities. He began his career with a rural development agency in Karnataka and later worked with leading organizations implementing programs in partnership with UNICEF, UNDP, GFATM, Plan International, Hivos, BMGF, USAID, and NACO.
At Socialbytes, Gurukiran leads partnerships and outreach, drawing on his deep sector relationships and experience. He strongly believes in the power of technology as a catalyst for social change and works to connect organizations with solutions that strengthen programs and expand impact.
